You may be running one of 100’s of projects and not aware of visibility or significance however you should be aware of presenting an overview of your project will be helpful to you and to your management all the way to the top.
One easy way to do this is a simple charter/status slide that outlines the basic start/end dates, goals, cost, top team members for the project. Add some bullet points on current activities for the month and a section on accomplishments so far. Finish with On track/At Risk assessment and % to Completion.
Update weekly, monthly and you will have a slide ready to be plugged in to the management presentation to the C-level and/or the Board as needed.
